Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

• All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel and adjust orders after they are placed. God Got Your Family items are custom made. Normal processing/shipping time is 5-10 business days.
• Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
• God Got Your Family is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 
• Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly. 
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
• Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, FedEx, or UPS please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
