What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Due to supply chain issues and depending on the size of your order, please allow 5-7 business days for production time for your order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been Shipped.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
It's are hope that you will love your God Got Your Family items as much as we do! However, you can return your apparel. Please email our support team at info@gotgotyourfamily.shop with the subject: Exchange/Replacement/Damage and include your order number, a picture, your name. and the reason for your return. amounts for the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping.

It must be returned unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived Along with the original tags and packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase for an exchange or store credit only. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange or store credit. If you are eligible and the exchange is granted by customer service, we will send you a replacement product.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Exchanges or store credit do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts for the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
You will be unable to cancel your order. Each order starts production immediately after your order is placed. We work hard to process your order quickly and efficiently, so you receive your product as soon as possible.  Orders cannot be interrupted once submitted.

Can "God Got Your Family" cancel or refuse my order?
"God Got Your Family" reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Online Transaction for any reason without any liability for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with such refusal or cancellation. Some situations that may result in an Online Transaction being rejected or cancelled include where problems are due to return policy abuse or identified by our credit and fraud control department, where "God Got Your Family" has reason to believe the Online Transaction is unauthorized, violates any law, rule or regulations or may otherwise subject "God Got Your Family" or any of our affiliates to liability.  "God Got Your Family" may also require additional verifications or information for any Online Transaction, and you agree to provide such verifications and information to "God Got Your Family" upon request.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@GodGotYourFamily.shop. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No store credit will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-10 business days.

How Do I Care For My Garments?

Caring for your custom apparel:

Always turn your custom printed apparel inside out before washing it. This will help protect the artwork from washing machine wear and tear. Please regulate your detergent, overdoing the detergent can cause its chemicals to gradually wear away at apparel. Machine wash Cold, in gentle cycle.

For drying, Hang Dry or Air Dry is recommended, however, if using a dryer always use the lowest heat setting possible. Always iron your custom printed apparel inside out and place it on the lowest setting possible. For Optimum Quality keep all of your apparel in a dark, dry place. Light causes colors to fade.

Rhinestone Washing Instructions: Turn your garment inside out, use warm or cold water only, and wash on gentle cycle (normal cycle for front loaders).  DO NOT use a pre-wash product on or around the rhinestones because some of these products can soften the glue. (Optional) Pick up a mesh bag, they can provide an extra layer of protection between your garment and the washing machine so that the rhinestones don’t snag on anything.

Rhinestone Drying Instructions: Leave the garment turned inside out and tumble dry on gentle cycle (normal cycle for front    loaders).  Do not use high heat. Hang Dry or Air Dry is recommended, however, if using a dryer always use the lowest heat setting possible.
